The transition for Print Action Plus to Print-Maestro has further enhanced our ability to create accurate templates quickly and easily without the need for specialist typesetting skills. The flexibility inherent in the system has enabled us to build templates that cater for the needs of even the most demanding customers and cover nearly all possible eventualities.
In particular, once familiar with the system, the members of the Print Team have found the software easy to use and quick to implement changes and respond to customer's demands. It has also helped us to win business in a highly competitive marketplace where cost reductions, particularly in the administration and typesetting of business cards, is a key factor. Our largest corporate user of the software processes up to 250 business card orders per month through the system and the ability to create press-ready artwork on-line has transformed the profitability of the account.
